Stumptown Coons is a cattery of Maine Coon cats. I breed these majestic cats and offer them to furever homes a few times a year.
An application may be filled out to begin the reservation and adoption process when the waitlist is open.

All kittens are released to their new owners around 3-4 months old, after their deworming, vaccinations, micro-chips, spay/neutering and health check.

At our cattery we have several catios (outdoor enclosed play areas) and kennels for the adult cats to explore and play. This gives them opportunities to hunt bugs, bask in the sun and enjoy nature in a safe environment.

Experienced Breeders
At Stumptown Coons you will find me- Colleen- a loving and ethical breeder of Maine Coon cats with over 7 years of experience in this industry, and I am backed with industry mentors and veterinarians. Opening in 2017, I carefully choose my foundation lines of exquisite cats from reputable and highly regarded Maine Coon catteries around the world.
Education in this industry is imperative in order to run a healthy and happy cattery. For the past couple years I have been involved in an International education program for cat breeders called Paw Peds. I have completed G1 and G2 of the breeder courses. Stumptown Coons cattery is a small home based cattery and all the cats are treated like family. I take serious the privilege of breeding these pedigreed cats and preserving the distinct characteristics of Maine Coons. I love cats!
Happy, Healthy Bloodline
The Stumptown Coons cattery was built on a foundation with specifically chosen- beautiful, healthy, and loving cats. All of my cats came from catteries with high regard to the continuation of predictable physical and behavioral traits for future generations. I participate in extensive testing for HCM, PKD and many more specific diseases through genetic tests and heart ultrasounds on all my Maine Coons. All my cats have tested negative for diseases and deformities. I feed them a diet of Royal Canin, Purina One, and raw wet food with various supplements including Bloom products.
A Furever Friend
Maine Coon cats make wonderful pets! They are intelligent, loving, curious, silly jokesters who are happy to chase a ball or follow you around all day. Their friendly temperament is easy to fall in love with and their sweet personalities capture the hearts of all cat lovers.
